In this season of my life, I’ve been working on my mental well-being. There is a lot that I’ve been unpacking. I’ve been through so much trauma in my life, and the aftermath has affected my physical and mental health.
I’ve been intentional about taking care of my health. I’ve been eating healthier and exercising. There’s something about taking care of yourself that is healing. Going to bed earlier and getting more rest gives me more energy throughout the day.
I need to work on a lot within myself and in my life. As for now, I am taking each day as they come.
