
After a demanding day, my ideal night would be taking a long, hot shower, listen to calm music, and do some skincare. Then, I love to put something comfortable on and lay in my soft bed and read or listen to an audiobook. Sometimes I’ll scroll social media before bedtime.
When the sun is shining and the weather is nice, I love to take a nice long walk to clear my head. It helps me to reflect and process the events of the day. There’s something about being in nature that helps me to clear my slate and get ready for the day ahead.
