When I Grow Up

Daily writing prompt
When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was five years old, I wanted to be a “doctor that delivers babies” so I would say. Since a young kid, I always appreciated the beauty in life and childbirth. It’s still something that I still find amazement and admiration in. I actually went back to school on a pre-med path, but after Covid, I became a doula, a childbirth and postpartum support person.
