I am definitely a night-person. There’s something special about the quiet, when everyone else is sleeping and I can reflect on my day. It’s the best time for me to journal, read, watch a show, or straighten up. For some reason, my best work and ideas come during this time. In the silence, I can hear my thoughts and process them.
