
Lately, when I notice that I’m feeling really stressed or overwhelmed, I will journal about everything that’s on my mind. I started going on my morning walks again, and it’s been such a great way to start my day. To eliminate some of the extra stress in my life, I’ve been keeping my circle small and not entertaining any unnecessary drama.
As a mother, something that I’d been neglecting for is getting things that I needed. I’ve really been trying to be intentional about making sure that I have them. Also, having a sustainable night-time routine, such as a hot shower and skincare, is helping me to relax and get the rest that I need.
