When I think of leaving a legacy, of course I want to leave my family with financial stability. Something that I’ve learned is the best legacy that I can leave them is one that honors God. When I’m no longer there, I want my children to lean on and depend on God. Life is hard, and it’s even harder to deal with and get through without Him.
I also want them to know the importance of community and leaning on each other during hard times. Sometimes when a matriarch or patriarch dies, they take with them the importance of getting together and celebrating each other. Those times are important and needed in this life.
