What is your favorite holiday? Why is it your favorite?

My favorite holiday is Christmas.

I can’t stand the hustle and bustle of the shopping, traffic, and chaos of the holiday season. It makes it so much harder to enjoy. The thing I love about Christmas is being able to spend that time with my family and reflecting on the birth of Jesus.

I love the excitement of my children to give and receive gifts, and us being able to be intentional about spending time together. I don’t take it for granted. It also makes me reminisce about my childhood and the happy times that I had with my family.
