
Five things that bring me happiness:
- When everyone in the family wakes up and is healthy. I try my best not to take this for granted.
- When the sun is shining. There’s something about the sun shining in my face that makes the day so much better.
- Reading a good book. This is always a nice way for me to escape for an hour.
- Spending at least 45 minutes doing something for myself, like taking an extra-long shower and doing some skincare. It makes such a difference in my mood.
- Going on a nice walk to clear my head. I like to pray and reflect on the day during this time.
