The first hour of my day consists of making sure my three sons are awake, and I jump up at the last second to rush my youngest son to his bus stop. I try to listen to a devotional on my audible and listen to some soft music on the way home. I come home, wake my two daughters up, and get ready for work. On the way to their bus stop, we say a little prayer. Then I drop them off and head to work, wondering what I’m going to have for breakfast. I wish it was a little more structured.
On a perfect morning, I would wake up, journal, and do my devotions before I start my day. Easing into the day is so much better than all of the hustle and bustle.
